Membuat Tag Melayang dengan TagCloud Generator

Mungkin anda pernah melihat sebuah tag atau kata kunci yang melayang-layang dan bergerak ketika cursor mouse diarahkan, biasanya tag atau tulisan melayang tersebut terdapat di Wordpress.
